(1) The Board of Directors shall be constituted with the following members to act as the supreme body of the Council:
(a) Person appointed by the Government of Nepal – Chairman

(c) Chairman, Guthi Institute – Member
(d) Joint Secretary, Ministry of Forests and Environment -Member (e) Director General, Department of Archeology – Member
(f) Director General, Department of Tourism – Member
(g) Director General, Department of Housing and Urban Development – ​​Member
(h) Director General, Buildings Department – ​​Member
(j) ……………………
(j) Heads of Municipalities within Dhanusha and Mahottari Districts – Members
(k) Chief District Officers of Dhanusha and Mahottari Districts – Member
(l) Two persons nominated by the Government of Nepal from among the renowned scholars and social workers of the national level - members
(d) Four persons nominated by the council including two from the famous social workers of Dhanusha and Mahottari district – members
(d) Four members nominated by the council from among saints, mahants and priests within the greater Janakpur area. (n) Village development committee chairpersons on the secondary (Panchkoshi) circular route, nominated by the council alternately to be represented by up to four persons at a time - members
(p) Executive Director – Member – Secretary
(2) The term of office of the Chairman shall be four years and the term of office of nominated members shall be two years (3) If a member's position becomes vacant before the end of the term of office, the same process will be used to fill the position for the remainder of the term.
(4) If the Board of Directors deems it necessary, it may invite an expert to participate in the meeting of the Board of Directors as an observer.
